It is been made from the medium-grain variety Basmati Rice which can be used for daily preparations. It is sourced from fields in North India and is packed in clean and hygienic conditions to ensure that purity, taste, and aroma of the grain are intact. The parboiled Basmati Rice is flattened into dry flakes. It has a unique aroma and taste and is mostly used for preparing Poha and Dahi Chura, one of the favourite breakfast /food in Northern India, especially in Bihar and Jharkhand. It is also suitable for consumption without cooking.
